I will never BBQ in my life again since last summer. Had a bad foodpoison, salmonella etc and I went on holidays for a week with it because I didn't notice yet till I was there...7 days long, 24/7 stomachcramps...it was the worst time in my life :|

Scotland is permenantly cold. The closest thing I'll get to a BBQ is a ZOMGWTFBBQ on these forums.

It was a terrrrrrribly muggy day here in Jersey... I actually feel bad for the people that stayed outside all day... well without a pool anyway.
But no, I worked all day I may throw some Dogs on the grill later.

Steak=best thing on a grill. New York Strips, brush on olive oil, put on a rub consisting of: chopped garlic cloves, chopped rosemary, salt, and crushed red pepper. You can't possibly mess it up, definitely best steak ever. You can cook it medium well, even well done, and it still tastes awesome. I'm 15 and I can't screw it up. Family always wants me to grill for thanksgiving

I like barbeque, but I'm not too keen on waiting for it to cook. I tried to make some chicken once, the outside was charcoal black and the inside was still perdfectly raw.
